Billing

How paying for a plan works - your deposit address, the four networks, invoices, credit, codes and receipts.

Plans are paid in USDT or USDC, sent from any wallet or exchange to an address that is yours. There is no card payment, nothing is taken from your wallet, and nothing renews on its own. Everything on this page happens under Billing, in the sidebar of your account on the website.

Your deposit address

You get one address, and it is the same on all four networks. It is shown on an invoice's payment step at checkout, once you have created one. Anything in USDT or USDC that lands on it becomes account credit in your name, whether or not you have an invoice open. The address does not expire, so you can add it to your exchange's withdrawal allowlist once and use it for every payment.

Your deposit address on an invoice's payment step: the amount to send, one address that is the same on all four networks, and the button that replaces it.

Generate a new address, beside Copy address, replaces it - you are asked to confirm first - at most once every 24 hours. The new one takes its place on the invoice, but a payment that still arrives at the old one is credited to you all the same. That stops being true if you delete your account: money sent to any of its addresses afterwards lands on the deleted account, where nobody can spend it.

Only these two tokens, on these four networks

Send USDT or USDC on one of the networks below, and nothing else. A different token, or the network's own coin, is not credited. If you sent something else by mistake, contact support with the transaction hash - some cases can be recovered and some cannot.

A payment is credited once its network has confirmed it that many blocks deep, which is usually within a few minutes. Your invoice shows it once it is credited. Money sent while you have no open invoice - a top-up, or a payment to an old address - can take up to an hour to show up as credit. On Arbitrum some wallets name USDT USD₮0; it is the same contract listed above.

Buying a plan

Billing has two tabs. Billing & invoices is what you have paid - your plan, your credit, gift cards and payment history. Plans puts Free, Pro and Max side by side with their prices, Monthly or Yearly, marks the one you are on, and has an Upgrade to or Switch to button on each paid plan you are not on, which opens checkout with that plan and that billing period already chosen.

Upgrade my plan on Free, or Renew and Change plan on a paid plan, opens checkout too. Choose the plan, Monthly or Yearly, and how many: 1 to 12 months, or 1 to 3 years. Then pick the token and the network you will pay with, and Create invoice.

The invoice shows one amount to send and your address. Send exactly that amount, on the network you picked. You can have one open invoice at a time; Cancel invoice closes it if you change your mind, until your transfer is seen on the network. From then on the invoice only counts confirmations, and cannot be cancelled. An open invoice has to be paid or cancelled before you can create another: press Create invoice while one is open and you are asked first. Continue awaiting invoice takes you back to it, and Cancel invoice and continue closes it and creates the new one. Anything already paid toward a cancelled invoice stays on your account as credit. You can also go back to it any time with Open the invoice on the Billing page.

The network starts on ERC-20; pick another before creating the invoice if your wallet sends on one of the others.

Sent the other token, or on another of the four networks?

It still counts. An invoice is paid by the dollar amount that arrives, not by the token or network it names: USDC sent to an invoice that asked for USDT, or USDT on Arbitrum for an invoice that picked ERC-20, is credited and pays the invoice the same way. The token and network you pick only decide what the invoice shows. What does not count is anything outside the table above - see Only these two tokens, on these four networks.

What happens next depends on what you already have:

You are onYou chooseWhat it does
FreePro or MaxStarts the moment the invoice is paid
A paid planThe same planAdds the new period after your current one ends
A paid planA higher planStarts at once; the unused days of your current plan are credited to the invoice
A paid planA lower planWaits, and starts when your current plan ends

Only one lower plan can wait behind your current one. Free is never bought: when a paid plan ends with nothing waiting behind it, you are back on Free.

Paying less, or more

Less than the invoice asks for: what arrived is credited to your account, and the invoice waits for the rest. Send the difference to the same address whenever you are ready. A shortfall of up to 0.10 USD is forgiven and the invoice counts as paid.

More than the invoice asks for: the invoice is paid, and the extra stays on your account as credit.

Late: an unpaid invoice lapses 1 day after it was created. Anything that arrived for it stays on your account as credit, and your address keeps working - create a new invoice and it can be paid from that credit.

Account credit

Credit is money on your account that you can spend on plans. It arrives a few ways - sending more than an invoice asked for, redeeming a gift card, or earning referral credit once the first Pro or Max invoice of someone you invited can no longer be refunded. It never expires and it is never withdrawn - the only way money is ever sent back to you is a refund, which sends what you paid on chain and returns any credit the invoice used as credit. Referral credit is never taken back once it has arrived: it only arrives after the invoice that earned it can no longer be refunded.

At checkout, credit is used all or nothing: leave it on and as much of it as the invoice needs is taken, or turn it off and it stays on your account untouched. If your credit is more than the invoice, only the invoice amount is used and the rest stays. If it covers the whole invoice, there is nothing to send.

Coupons and gift cards

A coupon takes money off one invoice. Type it into Coupon or gift card at checkout and press Apply. A coupon names the plans it works on, and can be for monthly or yearly billing only. Each person can use it once, and it can have an end date and a limit on how many people use it. If the invoice lapses or is cancelled, the coupon is freed again.

A gift card becomes account credit. Redeem it under Redeem a gift card on your billing page; typed into the checkout field, it is refused with a pointer back there, because it is credit rather than a discount.

Invoices and receipts

Payment history on your billing page lists every invoice. An open one has Continue, which takes you back to its payment. A paid or refunded one has PDF, which opens the invoice as a PDF in a new tab: the plan, the figures, the transaction that paid it and its status, made out to your name and email. An invoice that lapsed or was cancelled was never paid, so it has no PDF.

You get an email when:

  • an invoice is paid - the receipt, with the invoice PDF attached;
  • a payment arrives but is not enough - with what is still missing;
  • your plan ends in 5 days, and again when it has ended;
  • a refund has been confirmed on chain, with the invoice PDF attached;
  • a gift card is redeemed.

Each of those five can be switched off under Email notifications.

Three of them also arrive as a message on every bot you use, through Telegram - switched separately, in the bot's own Notification Settings:
